Poly Phase Day 4

So it’s day four, been about 96 hours since I had a normal nights sleep, its starting to take it’s toll on my mind. My reaction time right after naps has gone down allot, but I feel less tired now.

Nap Time 1:40am-2am

Pretty decent nap, my friend was supposed to wake me up but he feel asleep before he had the chance, lucky i had an alarm set.

Nap Time 5:40-6am

This was a pretty bad nap. I overslept by about a half an hour, so I got up at like 6:30. Apparently my friend woke me up at some point by slapping me in the face, but i don’t remember this at all. I guess I fell asleep around 3 am although I remember watching a movie right then so not sure if he is lying.

I missed my 9:40 nap, apparently i fell asleep but i woke up at 10am anyway so i guess its ok. I need to find a way to stay awake early in the morning. I feel most tired around this time.

Nap Time 1:40pm-2pm

Really good nap, I don’t remember it but I wasn’t tired at all after it.

Nap Time 5:40pm-6pm

I started this nap late, at like 5:55, got up at 6:15. Feeling pretty good, not hungry because i just had dinner. Lots of energy.

Skipped nap 9:50pm-10pm because i was out and about, still wouldnt have been tired enough to sleep.
